UK delivery charges

Delivery is calculated automatically in your basket based on your order total (after any discount code).

Couriers

We send orders with Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the size and nature of your order and service availability.

Delivery times

Standard orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Dispatch times may vary during busy periods or for personalised items, as each order is made to order.

Urgent / next-day delivery

If you need an order urgently, please contact us before ordering (email hg-customs@hotmail.com or WhatsApp +44 7702 498975). Next-day options may be available on a case-by-case basis, subject to the product, personalisation requirements and viability. We will confirm any extra cost and timescale with you before you proceed.

Delivery issues
