Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 August 2026

About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from HG Customs via hgcustoms.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Trader details: HG Customs, 29 Cotman Close, Bacup, OL13 9TT, United Kingdom.

Contact: hg-customs@hotmail.com, Contact page, or WhatsApp +44 7702 498975.

Products

We sell personalised and made-to-order goods, including mugs, apparel, coasters and merchandise. Descriptions and images are illustrative; slight variation may occur due to screens, materials and manufacturing processes.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders (for example due to error, capacity or unsuitable artwork). A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance, typically after payment has cleared and we have confirmed the order.

Personalisation

You are responsible for checking names, spellings, notes, colours, sizes and uploaded files before checkout. Personalised items are made to your specification.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) as shown on the site. Payment is taken at checkout via the methods offered. We may cancel and refund an order if a clear pricing error has occurred.

Shipping

Delivery information is set out on our Shipping Info page. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on attempted delivery if an incorrect address was provided.

Your artwork and content

You must own or have permission to use any text, logos or images you supply. You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to produce and deliver your order. We may refuse content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related UK law. Personalised goods may have limited cancellation rights; see our Refund Policy.

Liability

We are responsible for loss that is foreseeable as a result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory protections in your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page.
